Refund Policy

All bakery display cabinets are made to order according to confirmed requirements, drawings, materials, and specifications.

Made-to-order products

Once production has started, an order is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because the cabinet is being produced for the confirmed project requirements. Please review all drawings and specifications carefully before approving production.

Transit damage

If a cabinet is damaged during transportation, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and videos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will review the evidence and work with you on an appropriate repair, replacement part, or other resolution based on the actual issue.

Manufacturing defects and warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, eligible replacement parts may be provided, including LED light strips and power adapters when the issue is covered by the warranty. Normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, and damage caused after delivery are not covered.
