Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HZD Bakery Case website and services operated by HZD DISPLAY CABINET INC. By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes, orders, and customization

Catalog products are starting points for quotation. We confirm dimensions, materials, finishes, lighting, configuration, quantity, and delivery requirements before issuing an official quotation. Production begins only after the required deposit and final drawing or specification approval. Quotes are typically valid for 15-30 days unless otherwise stated.

Production and payment

All bakery display cabinets are made to order. Payment terms and the balance due date are stated in the quotation or invoice. We may delay production or dispatch if payment is incomplete or cannot be verified.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy, including worldwide free standard shipping for bakery display cabinet orders and the treatment of destination charges. Made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after production starts. Transit damage must be reported within 7 days. Manufacturing defects are covered by the 1-year warranty described in the Refund Policy.

Website use

You must use the website lawfully and must not submit false order information, attempt unauthorized access, or copy our product images, drawings, or text for competing commercial use without permission.
