Shipping Policy

All bakery display cabinets are made to order after written quotation and final specification approval.

Production lead time

Standard orders: 7-15 business days after deposit and final drawing approval.
Custom or larger projects: 15-35 business days.

Worldwide free shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide for bakery display cabinet orders. The shipping method and delivery destination will be confirmed in the written quotation before production begins. Alternative arrangements such as EXW pickup, expedited shipping, or any charges not covered by the quoted free-shipping arrangement will be stated in writing. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other destination charges are not included unless the quotation expressly states that they are included.

Delivery and damage reports

Cabinets are securely packed for commercial freight. Please inspect the shipment on delivery and report visible transit damage with photos and videos of the product and outer packaging within 7 days.
